The faction comprised of neocons are people like Hillary, Cheney, and many others. I guess you could say Hillary is a neolib, but it's basically the same ideology
What people need to understand is that there are multiple factions of elite groups vying for power in the United States. Almost all of them just want to use America to do their bidding, and force their personal will on the entire planet, with total disregard for what this might do to the country. This is why Trump, whom toted an America-first stance, and wanted to get out of foreign interventions, couldn't be tolerated by them. This also explains the character assassination campaign against him.
Trump's problem is he's such an airhead that he always made himself look bad, making their lies about him believable, even when they're blatantly stupid.
