Actually I just realized, it is a shitty comparison.
ISIS is actually a direct response to the people on the top picture because those are the kinds of people who keep the middle east in a constant state of disarray. In many ways the top is actually responsible for the bottom.
That is an absolutely fucking retarded take.
First of all, the democrats are just as subservient to the military industrial complex as republicans.
Secondly, saying that a random group of citizens are responsible for the middle east as their nation's politicians and military leaders, is false.
Thirdly, one of the reasons Trump won in 2016 was his anti-war stance (even if it wasn't 100% genuine). America's middle class, which include many conservatives, are tired of the war in the middle east and would support a pull-out. It's the entrenched establishment elites that want to keep the forever wars going. Trump could have pulled out from Iraq & Syria completely, and most of his base would have supported this action - while Democrats would have actually supported staying, because they automatically resist anything Trump tries to do, even if it's a good thing.
Fourth, ISIS is a joint CIA-Saudi creation, whom consider them to be useful proxy forces in various middle eastern wars.
