fyi for anyone listening, the equal protections claim he's raising about different rules for verification in different states is a case the SCOTUS would need to settle, not as the constitutionality of a state law, but as differences in state laws violating the 14a.

the chances of the SCOTUS, a state's rights dream makeup rn, applying 14a and by extension removing state's rights to self govern election laws is very low.

the legal standard to disprove these affidavits is not realistic, someone would need to basically invalidate what they said they say with regards to mistake of fact, a high legal bar here.
