the discussion of whether Trump should be cognizant of his criticism is dumb? how many times can this idiot get connected to Nazi symbols, KKK members, and Jim Crow rhetoric before he does the bare minimum? that being even a cursory check of his messaging?

sure "see see Trump is a literal Nazi", aka the only thing Cam is capable of responding to, is dumb. but that was never my point. its a broad issue with Trump and his campaign/media team. Retweeting videos from known fake news outlets while decrying fake news, recycled KKK slogans, Nazi symbology, etc. It's a pattern.

keep in mind as someone who wants to see Trump lose and someone who thinks this is a bad thing for him it doesnt make me mad. im just annoyed watching someone fumble on the national stage so often, its like watching a wide receiver that can't catch the ball.

see that's the thing tho, i see this as not caring if he panders to them AND it hurting his reelection. the "fuck leftists" attitude doesn't sway centrists, its a turn off. his signalling to his base wont have the same effect in 2020 as 2016 imo.

I don't think Trump actually gets that involved in... pretty much anything. He's not a details kind of guy. He's the kind of guy who gets single issues he wants to change, gets a yes-man to do it, and then usually forgets about it. So something like "Mr. Trump. This shirt design has symbols that look kind of like Nazi symbols" is just going to be met with "I don't care. It looks good"

Basically.

You have a hyper vigilant portion of society that’s thirsty as fuck for proving there are nazis/white supremacists/fascists all around us.

So when they can’t find actual proof you end up with dumb fucks thinking a noose that was on a pull handle for a year or the simple direction of an eaglehead on a t-shirt is proof.

So desperate lol. Like I’m shocked these type of ‘examples’ are being covered on a national stage. This is the best you could come up with week after week in a country of 330million?

lol what a hack response. literally we're years into Trump making questionable statements and having pretty clear support from white supremacists, and you look at the last link in a pattern to discount the whole chain?

whether the next link in the chain is larger or smaller than the last is not my point, its the fact that the chain just keeps growing longer.

then again if he did stop the chain you'd say he's an idiot for giving concessions to leftists because you're ideologically not able to support anything that appeases whomever you've labeled SJW extremist cucks. even if those people tend to be proven centrists or lifelong conservatives in PARD lol. everyone is just a soros cuck to you guys, polarization has put you in a corner you dont even seem to want to crawl out of.

You said some dumb shit and accuse someone of being a hack for posting a reasonable contrary opinion. Pathetic.

A stock image of an eagle with an american flag is not nazism. Its not a secret wink and a nod to an imaginary nazi base either.
Not even if the eagle is looking in a direction you don't like.

TDS leftists are eager to believe anything Trump or right wingers do is a racist dogwhistle or literal nazism.
There wont be an end to the 'chain' when anything and everything can be called racist dog-whistling.

You choose not to side with truth.
You are so desperate for the approval of leftists you push outright idiocy.
As a 'reasonable moderate' you only believe crazy things the left says 50% of the time.
Such an enlightened centrist.

It's definitely a stretch though the eagle facing to the right is definitely odd. Typically, the eagle facing to the right occurs when we are at war and perhaps that's what they are trying to convey (war with the left). At the end of the day though, a dog whistle is successful if there is plausible deniability (which there is here).

Regardless, I agree with snipa that the campaign should invest in vetting these designs.

bunch of strawmans with a bolded laugh riot.

you've been told a handful of times now i wasnt implying this is literal nazism, but you're stuck on trying to lump me in with Don Lemon because if you even take a sip of nuance from the rest of my posts you wont have a point other than "leftists are sensitive", as if thats something id disagree with.

then again we know you're just trying to hang around for a few posts to justify wasting your morning googling images to counter something i wasnt even saying.

yup. wouldnt take much just to smooth out the lumps in the messaging. but if they budge it will be seen as cowtowing to SJW libcuck culture. just look at how reactionary the right of center simpletons in PARD are at me posting this morning.

i basically say "another dumb mistake in a line of dumb mistakes and its getting harder to just say, well anyone could make that mistake" and i get "LOL U THINK TRUMP IS LITERALLY HITLER AND SENDING SECRET MESSAGES TO NAZIS AND KKK MEMBERS". heh

The selection is very interesting actually. I think Biden investing in campaign masks is great and Trump really missed an opportunity there. I love how Joe is embracing the memes of him as well.

Trump, on the other hand is killing it with the dog collars, baby onesies, etc.

But yea, going back to campaigns. Does anyone believe that Biden HASN'T invested in someone whose job it is to ensure that you don't have stuff that looks like Che, Mao, etc. ?

I used images to make a factual point that contradicted your embarrassing parroting of low-level leftist propaganda.
Instead of attempting to incorporate the truth into your position and to consider the plethora of eagles already used as American symbolism, you chose to double down and take shots at me instead.

Posting images that show how silly the left's eagle narrative is was a moderately amusing use of my time.
But oh no you 'got me' to google something. Such a big win!

There were no strawmen in my post.
You made several statements running with the dumb narrative.

"either someone in the team really likes winking at Nazi symbology OR this really is a case of just a completely inept job on their media team."
inb4 "that's not a Nazi eagle". its not holding scrolls or anything but a circle, it's facing right, it's bill isn't like American bald eagle symbology, etc. so don't @ me with that nonsense.
"dope left facing eagles bro."
"like i said, either someone's winking at Nazis or they just dont care about repeatedly getting criticized for using Nazi symbology"
