I am going to be rather pragmatic here but at the same time it might sound extremely cold towards the Palestinians.
This is of course going to ruffle feathers but it is what it is.

Work with those that want to stay and be civil, those that don't, push them out of Gaza into the South.
Manage the demographics between Palestinians and Jews. The current demographics is almost half and half. If the Palestinian Arabs out produce the Jewish community it will cease to be a Jewish State.

It is going to be rather painful for regional relationship for a few decades, but there is nothing in the world that cannot be solved with time.
If this happens, you better make sure that the United States is still the preeminent Economical, Political and military clout in the region.

Two state solution wont work. Westbank is too fragmented with settlements for Palestine to have a unified state. Also to play devils advocate here it would be a security risk for Israel for Palestine to have a soverign nation and own borders. Imagine freely allowing Iranians or other hostile groups into the country that are hostilebl towards Israel?

One state solution wont work. That would destroy the Jewish identity as a majority

My solution? A radical two state solution. Move the entire gaza population into westbank. Israel annexes gaza and moves all the settlements into gaza with exception of settlements near west jerusalem. East jerusalem capital of palestine. West jerusalem capital of israel. Joint military by both members to defend botb nations
