the new ear marks policy allows corporations/etc to put things into bills that politicians can't even see before the vote, so long as they lobbier can afford to. fun, huh?

Presumably, it assumes that an income level that low gets a big subsidy.

Even when I made less than 15k a year I still paid over $250 a month for insurance after subsidy, and that was for the disaster coverage level plan.
