Wait, I thought the stimulus/free money was bipartisan and was going to happen regardless. Which is it?
Another round of stimulus was probably inevitable, but Dems went way overboard with its scope.

Lots of "talk" about things doesn't mean shit. They didn't get it done, and didn't even promise to get it done.

You aint got shit to point out regarding left economics that's been accomplished since the presidential election.
Ulta-generous unemployment benefits and child tax credits were accomplished. Many commentators, liberals and conservatives alike, said that the child tax credits in particular were a lowkey milestone legislative victory for Democrats which will prove to be very popular.

They're also stonewalled on the infrastructure bill.
It was a strategic decision to tie the bipartisan infrastructure bill to the partisan reconciliation bill. If Pelosi brought the bipartisan bill up for a vote in the House, it would most likely pass with substantial crossover support from Republicans. It is Biden/Pelosi/the House progressives who are holding the infrastructure bill hostage to try to force through a piece of legislation (BBB) which does not have majority support in Congress.

In Virginia they didn't pursue shit about leftist economics, and instead just let themselves get piledrived by culture war bullshit.
In New Jersey, CRT was much less of a focus of the race than in Virginia. It was actually the Republican candiate, Ciattarelli, who made an economic issue (property taxes) the centerpiece of his campaign. The end result was a similar-sized Democratic underperformance. (Youngkin won a Biden+10 state by 2, Murphy will end up winning a Biden+16 state by around 4 when all votes are counted.)
