I 100% agree. White culture promotes not being responsible for your actions which leads to unqualified people being promoted. Just because you're a good engineer doesn't mean you'll be a good manager because they are different skill sets.

Until Americans value education, we should continue to bring in highly qualified people from smarter countries.

The simple solution is to reduce college acceptance rates by 50%. Then we have 100% employment of college graduates - and no college debt - and the women who pretend to belong there can be homemakers instead where they belong. There's a discrete reason why they score lower on the SAT.

Just make the colleges responsible for the interest on the student loans and the problem will solve itself overnight.

I think that would be great. In other countries, not everyone gets to go to college. Our high school system is such shit that you have to go to college to prove that you aren't a white trash heroin addict, strawberry picker, or ghetto crackhead.
