and you said that replying to a post that disagreed with a statement claiming american beer was superior.

and i said it's absurd to argue american beer shouldn't be judged based on what a majority likes and consumes, but based on the best examples you could come up with, in this case a list of craft beers and fruit punches, voted for by some beer hipsters online.

that's as dumb as demanding: "please, don't judge american healthcare by the mess it is in general, judge it by the excellent plans that some well-paying jobs come with." come to think of it though, that's probably exactly what you would argue in this case, so maybe i should consider it less of a defence of shitty beer, and more of a general logic fail...

The statements were:

two countries that are far better at everything than the third reich other than being losers

we should have really focused the Marshall Plan resources more in England and Japan. look what all that spending in central Europe got us. Mercedes and BMW would have thrived regardless and America has had better beer now for decades in an ironic turn

...which is an acknowledgment that US beermakers have indeed come on strong the last couple decades, followed by:

Only problem with that narrative is that it's complete bs.
American beer is horrible.
Its like sex in a boat, fucking close to water.

Because yeah, some American beer is indeed horrible, but for the last couple decades we've been a powerhouse in crafting beer, to the point they're recognized by judges as some of the best in the world.

What "the majority consumes" is, AGAIN, a product of price, not quality. Keep calling all those beers fruit punches though, it's comical. You know dick.

and it's highly ironic to suggest that i don't know shit about beer, considering it's coming from someone who acted like his random list not containing a german entry was some kind of evidence for their ridiculous argument, very apparently oblivious to the reinheitsgebot and quality differences of mass produced beer in both countries...

I said:

...not "American beer IS SUPERIOR" you nincompoop. I made a reasonable statement, and you went full fenderp, like you're wont to do.

Go find your fucking clown shoes when you pick up your clown nose.

It's hilarious when you get all riled up

Fair statement though - German beer is decent but boring asf. I'd take their beer over shite like Budweiser any day, but your fruit punch is way better my friend

Line 1: The majority drinks what they can afford. Fact: America does currently produce some of the best beers in the world. Also fact: The beers that hit the list are not "mass produced" in such quantity that they're affordable for the average person. As pointed out previously "the majority" drink whatever they can afford, not what's "best".

Line 2: What an amazingly horrific crock of shit. America is #1 in the world when it comes to healthcare. Whether it's cancer or neurosurgery, if you want the best care, come to America. Insurance is not healthcare. Insurance is a financial service. Your attempt to conflate the two is juvenile at best. Typical national socialist nonsense. Go home Nazi, you're drunk.

Line 3: America is not some little podunk bootstamp European "country". We're a massive nation built of many states, have a population of 350 million people. We combine all the cultures of the world, all the cuisines of the world (with some legal limitations), and all the alcohols of the world (with some legal limitations). We have beers that are 20% ABV and are relatively affordable. We have beers that are 37%-50% ABV and are unaffordable to the majority. We have everything from hyperflavored garbage that can only be called "coolers" all the way up to incredibly niche microbrews that are to die for. The United States involves more culture in EVERYTHING, from it's ethnicity breakdown to yes, even it's beer crafting, than Germany ever could. Just sit down and shut the fuck up. No American gives a shit what some filthy Nazi's opinion is about our nation.

Please. I don't judge Australian beer based on Fosters, you shouldn't judge American beer based on Coors or Budweiser.

Several of the best beers in the world are American: https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/top-50/

Fosters is export only designed for americans, its not sold in australia.

lol some throwaway obvious bait/insult got that user fender aka heinrich von goebbels all hot and bothered the entire day. of course he/she is too cowardly to approach that actual post.

well i guess that user realized how foolish he/she looked when they bizarrely copy pasted a rage essay pm’d to me originally and then sent it to multiple users. after being a laughing stock for a while he/she refuses to respond to me directly. a mark of cowardice that flows through his/her forsaken lineage

i see this thread as a gathering for people who have two things in common.

- people that are broke
- people that didn't plan for their future

Which one are you? Being as how I see you in this thread.

The irony of the statement is obvious. There are 143 million taxpayers in the US. For a $1.9 Trillion pandemic bill, that means the per tax payer average cost is $13,286.

The irony of socialists claiming that conservatives should somehow "refuse" their so-called "relief" is beyond belief. As a taxpayer, the return of 10.5% of taxes paid towards all the pork is just laughable.

For me, the $1400 isn't about being poor or not planning for the future. It's 100% out of pure disgust that the government is using their irresponsible and unconstitutional shutdown of the economy and civil rights in order to excuse trillions in extra spending and taxing.
