no. but i think you're also likewise jumping the gun to assume they wont take up the case at all.
if there's a large dispute at a state level for something this large they almost have to, if only to set a precedent in case of a large mail in ballot count for future elections. that precedent being "state election laws set before the date of the election are as good as cement, so get your ducks in a row WAY before election day, state legislatures".
the court is currently flooded with state's rights advocate judges, to not take up the case would be to abandon this principle imo, by not cementing a precedent. the only reason to do that is to view 2020s election as a one-off event, where mail in ballots reached a level they wont ever again. and that would be shortsighted, not only because of the unsure timeline of covid but also because when this many people mail in vote it opens their eyes to how easy it is, and many may continue even if covid dies down.
