This is something I can get behind. The private sector needs to expand this practice, as well.

That'd be fine under most Presidents. I think Trump would abuse this given his history. Exhibit A: Ivanka Trump. Exhibit B: Jared Kushner.

Well, I don't doubt that. But the concept is worthy, so I figured I'd post it in here (since I'm waiting to see if Mina will unlock my old "Orange Man Good" thread).

I'm an Afghanistan vet. Came home as a passenger on a MedEvac. Spent that flight sitting feet from my critically injured brethren.

He let the Russians put a bounty on our heads.

If you're in the GOP, if you voted for this traitor, you never get to thank me for my service again

A hispanic liberal with strong TDS conducted a week long social experiment by 'trolling' a bunch of Trump supporters by pretending to be a Trump supporter and joining their community
In his deep voyage into the online Trump country he told people he had been condemned by his community for being pro-Trump and was looking for people to connect with
and he found supportive random people who treated him with respect and friendship, offering their prayers for him when he claimed to be covid-positive and homeless and scammed $2000 in donations on gofundme from people willing to help him out
but it was all just a troll! he exposed them all

My whole stance on all this is... What exactly do you want trump to do? Because while its fucked up, do you really want to go to war over this? Because many more lives will be lost if so... And if not, what is an appropriate form of retaliation? Because the russians arent weak, if we retalliate, so would they and thats how wars start. Something like this puts ANY president in a lose-lose situation. If he/she does nothing, then they look complicit, if he/she chooses to retaliate, things could get much worse.

And thats all assuming the intel is correct. Imagine retaliating and it turn out to have been false.

My point is, shit like this isnt just as simple as 'orange man did nothing, he asshole' there are lots of layers, decisions to be made, intel to be verified, and most importantly consequences to consider with any potential action taken. Many factors have to be weighed and discussed at length with many different people and areas of the government and military before making any decisions at all.

Orange man good

He just won a legal fight to not allow hospitals to keep prices secret from consumers. This is a really big deal.

What's clear is that there are numerous significant, even extraordinary, instances of Trump doing things that benefit Putin and Russia that make no logical sense and are in contravention to U.S. interests. To be clear, we do not need 100 percent fealty to prove that something is going on here.

It doesn't help that we don't know Trump's motivations. We know some, we can infer more, but we don't know for sure. But one thing for sure is that something is going on here. No doubt about that.

There are countless ex intelligence figures on Twitter corroborating this report. Literal bounties on American heads and no response? Or if he really was completely oblivious, his response is to go out for his 271st golf outing during his 1st term? Obama had 113 by the end of his 1st term, and cost tax payers 73 million dollars less... but hey Obama is a bad man for golfing he should get back to work and do his job!

Eisenhower golfed 1000 times. It’s literally an irrelevant number only glue eaters in their parents’ basements harp on.
