as i read it the ballots postmarked pre Nov 3rd but received post Nov 3rd were already counted separately. and this pile as far as i can find online equals about 10k votes.

making the lawsuit pointless, unless they can raise an argument to invalidate a larger pile. AND somehow verify that pile convincingly, as it was not segregated under Alito's order.
