the numbers have already been disclosed afaik, and its small-ish.
this affects ballots with a post mark after a set date, which were a small amount.
there is also some sort of challenge pending about counties that iirc sent ballots back to people, and allowed them to correct the ballots, because they were incomplete or incorrectly filled out. Trump is challenging that as this was not universally done, some county election officials did not do it, that theres an equal protections clause violation intra-state.
however for that clause to be applied afaik it would need to go to scotus level, and for that the ruling they'd hand down would affect nationwide mail in ballot procedures. which would be a violation of states rights to govern their own elections and would mandate a common federal behavior that i do not think the SCOTUS wants to touch. most if not all of the "trump allies" on the court are also devout state's rights advocates.
