indeed everywhere is hiring. i personally wish my company did do weekly testing if it was the less invasive short swab method instead of the tickle your brain 9" long swab method.

yeah you can do a basic swab test and it’ll tell you in 15 mins. and yeah with the labor market already in a perilous point any sort of forced behavior outside of maybe testing will lead to resignations. it is a rare period when the employee has true bargain power.

vaccine encouragement and periodic testing for working in an office environment is a fair compromise, imo, but thats not everyone’s conclusion of course
