Most Christians are in name only. For example, from my years of experience many Catholics just view their religion as some empty ritualistic repetitive tradition. They don't know very much about actual biblical dogma, and they treat the bible like a buffet. Discard what it has to say about homosexuality, about abortion, about lying, about pre marital sex, about a bunch of other stuff. Your side pushed and funded narratives of the president of the united states going to another country to get peed on, and called him every ist in the book. And this shit was spammed on the screens daily. You reap what you sow my man, hate goes both ways.
Boo hoo. Are you actually that offended? I mean, this is a dude who raw-dogged a porn star. Who cares what sort of kinks he has? I'm sure Bill Clinton has some weird ass shit he is into as well.
Did you forget all the "ists and isms" Obama was accused of? You are right that hate does go both ways which is why you shouldn't let it get to you. People who are such snowflakes should probably avoid politics all together IMO.
Going back to the original point though, I do expect people to tone things down in the interests of strengthening America. People need to learn to count their blessings. As a center-right person living in a very liberal state, you learn how to process losing and savor the few wins that you get. Perhaps the reaction you're describing is a manifestation of white culture where everyone gets a participation trophy?

Do you get the feeling that George H.W, Clinton, or Obama weren't big drivers of their respective administration's policy? I mean, even Trump was calling the shots, whatever the coherence or the results. I don't think there's much of a question at this point as to whether Biden is a diminished figure, it's just a question of the extent. I remember watching Biden in the 2008 primary and I saw a guy who was funny and in command, with a brand of politics he could sell and the physical stamina to see it through. It goes without saying that Biden is better than a Warren presidency, because Warren is capable enough to potentially see her policies through. Bernie is completely incompetent, and while that would be terrible for the country, he would accomplish nothing between his inauguration and his unceremonious exit 4 years later.
I don't think Obama was a big driver in his administration. George HW definitely was because he was extremely experienced. I really don't if Clinton was super active or not. In general, I imagine that the President is engaged in a handful of passion projects outside of being Commander in Chief. The rest are simply run by the Cabinet. Who do you find objectionable at the moment?
