I will vote Biden in general election. If Ohio has a primary i probably won't wven go at this point.

We should just have it online and by mail. This is stupid.

i sat out the WI primary. was going to absentee but fucked up god knows what and i didnt actually get one. but im gonna be all set for general absentee. fuck the polling stations, even in the country.

Something tells me that Democrats are going to be unified this time around.

They were unified in 2016 too. A higher share of Bernie bros supported Hillary in 2016 than Hillary supporters who voted for Obama in 2008...

i've voted absentee in national and local elections. it really isn't difficult and it's quite convenient, you just have to plan ahead of time (request ballot in advance..)

apparently though, this is an impossible concept for many. they 'have' to take the day off from work to stand in a line, and if you don't let them well you're anti-voting or something like that
i'm actually for a voting national holiday for voting

maybe pre-internet the whole "stand in line" thing was real, but yeah... in 2020 just do an absentee ballot. only reason i had issues was i waited way too long and had planned on voting in person. because our polling station never has a line and is just 3 old ladies sitting there waiting for voters. even at "peak times" ive never waited over 2 mins in line.

man you guys are lucky with the wait times. i did it once and was like never again im doing absentee (fortunately the state i live is pretty straightforward about getting absentee ballots)

wish it were that convenient to vote in person but i work far away from where i live and uh, there’s a lot of people living here so traffic is always hell

Why the hell is election day during the week in the US? In every other civilized country I know, it's on the weekend, typically Sundays.
