Even if I accepted what you are saying that doesnt mean the amount of reward is appropriate. There's no way to justify the huge level of reward currently happening.

Entrepreneurship is a very valuable task from which all of society benefits. Of course the CEO of banks or oil companies could be replaced quite easily, but saying that all the one percenters could easily be replaced is factually wrong. Particularly those among them who really create added value for society are mostly irreplaceable.
The real problem with the current system is that the risk-reward structure for these types of position is off balance.
