It's barbaric to kill innocent people, it's not barbaric to kill those who kill innocent people. Equating the two is intellectually lazy.

Laws must represent fairness and justice, which in my view for particularly heinous crimes with irrefutable evidence is the death penalty. We are quite content as voters killing people overseas; both innocents caught up as collateral and evil terrorists, but when it comes to domestic policy it's a bloody disgrace.

True, just as the ppl being executed and afterwards, new evidence pointing out the person was innocent.

so the general state attorney in schleswig holstein has decided that the spanish request for extradition of puigdemont is valid and now seeks to get an extradition order at court
that could take some time though since they will probably demand additional papers and evidence from spanish authorities
