If the new approach by pro-life legislators is to attack abortion by making it a civil liability that can result in lawsuits for damages that put onerous costs onto providers, why can't the ultra mega million political activist pro-choice complex just respond by funding those legal bills? We've got people talking about how clinics would be shutting down if they had to pay tens of thousands to hire lawyers to fight cases in court even if they win and be unable to take the risk of getting their fees back- but didn't we just have a year in which black people rampaged through cities burning shit down left and right and the democrats responded by dumping millions into legal funds to bail them out? I mean fuck, there was a guy in Minnesota here who was bailed out by the "freedom fund" after he kidnapped and raped a woman and she only escaped being murdered by jumping out of a moving car as he driving to a place to kill her- and he was already serial rapist. And they spent like a hundred thousand bailing him out after the judge tried to set his bail sky high to keep him locked up. All that seems like a drop in the bucket compared to what Planned Parenthood and all the various pro-choice groups get in donations each year and contribute to political candidates
