That if you let one state sue another for something, you then have to allow other states to do the same. So every blue state can sue every red state for every time they violated their vote count procedures and yadda yadda.

So the result of this won't be a Trump win. It'll be a true clusterfuck of all states suing each other and no election ever getting certified again. The cleaner, and honestly more constitutionally valid, is for parties to sue within the states and not from outside. Texas doesn't have standing to make sure Pennsylvania follows its own laws because Texas is in no way injured.
