You are relying on claims as though they are sufficient on their own. They arent. We need an actual investigation that turns up hard evidence and until that's done we cant have any degree of certainty that it happened.

Until we have a real investigation we can't say that it did with any degree of confidence. So far every court case has had the lawyers under oath saying that there was not fraud or admitting that they had Watchers in the room who didnt say anything or any other number of ridiculous things.
