the most compelling bit of evidence from those videos is at timestamp 23:18 and 9:25
from one officers camera at 23:18 you can see the guy swing his hand down to his waist as he wakes up, leaving just his shoulder visible above the window (before the camera is obstructed)
then at 9:25 another officers camera from a half a second later shows his shoulder visible, and he rapidly moves his shoulder over to the side, as he would if he were making a grab for the gun in his lap

so yeah, he reached for the gun
