Those things do not have to be done by government.
Public schools are an abomination and indoctrination. Private schools exist.
Private roads exist.
Volunteer firefighters and voluntary fire services exist.
Private security exists and can exist in the absence of police, which democrats say they want to defund anyways.

The problem IS the centralized coercive government actually.
The idea that the problems disappear if only you could find the right guys to be the dictator is naive and wrong.
Great men like Rothbard and Mises have written about these topics at length.
