Also, don't expect the Texas case to go very far. Montana's governor filed an amicus brief in the Texas case, stating in the brief that Montana's election procedures closely parallel those that are being challenged by TX in PA, GA, MI, and WI, yet Texas is not challenging MT's electoral process in this case (because Trump WON Montana). That should show you how partisan this BS case is.
