I think they should just use fast food place's drive throughs to vote. First window gives you a ballot sheet and a pencil, second windows takes the filled out sheets back. Personally, I always trusted the in person paper ballots the most.

Same here, but going fully vote by mail imho seems the most responsible approach during a pandemic. It's not like NYC will be back to (almost-)normal by the end of June...
