One of the first things you read in the Bible is the word of the serpent questioning God's Word. Who is more trustworthy, the serpent or God? Did God really say you must not eat off any tree? You will not certainly die!

What about the start of Luke's Gospel 1:1-4

1 Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, 2 just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnessesand servants of the word. 3 With this in mind, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, I too decided to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, 4 so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught.

I myself have questioned and tested the things written in the Bible and every single time the Bible has been held to be trustworthy and true. I'm not just blindly accepting the Bible as true, I've asked the questions and demanded satisfactory answers -- which I've received. I'm also one of the living proof of one whose life is completely changed for the better after giving my life to Jesus.

The scientific theory of the big bang (which is what you refer to I suppose) is what makes the most scense. Literally. Its explainable to abdegree, it could be the truth. Eight now I go with it, because its the most the only theory that has a foundation we can explain in a way.

There is a difference between the way I go with those thing and the way people blindliy believe in religion. A BIG difference.

I would never say I am 100% sure or convinced about the big bang. Absolutely not.

Science has, thx to Einstein, the theory of spacetime. A singularity exploded and created space and time. What was before that? Time was created in that moment, so there was no before. That is at least a theoretical explanation. It might not be true, you never know - but its way more plausible.

Science always questions itself and never claims those theories to be the truth. They just try to close in on the truth by going with the most plausible explanations.
