but as to the latter, im not interested in making a subforum better that has 600 long form pages on "election fraud" or tisstuff posting a spam thread each day with mods doing nothing. we already covered that mods dont even enforce the rules.


My point isn't that you aren't being polite enough. My point is that negativity is counterproductive, regardless of the actions of others, if the end goal is to improve society. Every interaction matters.

im not misunderstanding YOUR point, i just dont care about it.

i am as polite as people deserve in my eyes.

ive been rude to people, that are being rude, and they read my post and change their tune. and others will just be more rude.

"treat others like you want to be treated", i just altered it, "treat others like they treat others, and see if that's how they want to be treated".

ive let duck and many others know WHY im being rude, if they're rude, then its up to them.

I don't believe that how nice I act on this forum makes any significant impact on the world.

As I said before, we are just people posting on a political forum for our own edification. I see it as incredibly arrogant to think actions here would ripple out in any meaningful way.
