Why are you trying to take debate to a physical place?

Given time all political debate becomes physical and gets enforced by armed men. That's what politics is. Who gets to enforce their side on a debate.

How does government enforce law?

The US government is separated into three branches. The creation of laws and the enforcement of laws are handled by different branches. Saying "government" is an overgeneralization.

So if I win a debate and pass a law it doesn't get enforced with guns?
