if one president can arbitrarily and capriciously enact an executive order with no judicial oversight, but another cannot rescind it without judicial stamp of approval, its a fundamental imbalance of powers

with a straight face he said 'EOs are fine but another President doing anything, even another EO to reverse the former EO is illegal'. well precedent has been set, any President now can just EO at-will and no one, not the courts nor subsequent Presidents, can undo them.
