Nope just reality. That post contained as many arguments as you've made with your 64,246 posts.
Not a statistical argument

this is the main issue in this whole conversation imo. twitter's rules are obviously based on a more left leaning world view than the maga crowd's, but i'm sure if the left was equally obsessed with finding (often only perceived) discrepancies in punishment, they could also build a case about how THEY are being targeted, silenced, and censored - based on some random examples...
humans judge those tweets, and although there are obviously plenty of rules and guidelines about HOW to do that, it's madness to expect that they all do it by the exact same standard and 100% consistently - the professional victimhood, constantly bending and stretching the rules, provoking - and then immediately bitching and moaning about being banned for 'nothing' is really pathetic.
It's a losing position because it's based on feelings and assumptions
A site enforcers its rules and sometimes provocateurs with consistent breaking of TOS get nailed because that's exactly what happens on all sites with moderation
it happens on this very site, the loudest most obnoxious people that break the rules most often get suspended, warned, and sometimes banned. It happens on all sites
Their best argument is still weak which is these massive companies potentially working together to take out certain voices leaving them neutered in all source of business is still weak because we are seeing provocateurs held accountable for their actions . Easy cases of people obviously and repeatedly breaking rules. Conservatives are not being silenced, provocateurs that have fan bases are held accountable for violations of TOS which for them is typically easy cases of harassment/inciting harassment and/or violence etc
but that isn't where Tim went or all the Maga type people go. They bitch and moan about memes and perceived unfairness about random posts and threats from random accounts that are not relevant to a larger conversation about censorship
They don't have a case. They have provocateurs getting suspended/warned/and eventually banned for repeatedly breaking TOS and they have totally random (and often probably completely made up or heavily manipulated) cases of -who gives a shit- inconsistent moderation on a platform that monitors hundreds of millions of accounts making hundreds of millions of posts a day
I give a lot of props to Jack for going on Rogan twice and other podcasts. He admits not being perfect, he takes responsibility for inconsistencies and he continues to try to make a better product. He listens to criticism he has no obligation to sit through.
A lot of shit he doesn't need to do or deal with and people act like he is some evil mastermind trying to take down conservatives, he's probably one of the more people friendly higher ups I've seen in that type of role (from the few interviews I've seen)
