You are gonna not like the results of Arizona and Georgia when the media flips them because they don't call elections. They are not apart of that process in any legal standard or operating function lol.. Ballots have not been certified, counted is not the same as certified.

the media "calls" a state when the # of votes remaining, as reported to them by the election officials in any state, are smaller than the gap in votes, again, reported to them by the election officials.
