Its one of the first things that gets debunked in every BLM cause celebre, people will shout about how disproportionate it is that police fired X rounds instead of just shooting him once in the shoulder or judo chopping the guy's gun out of his hands
A cop should either be shooting to kill, or not at all. Their concern isn't about how whether its going to be an open casket or not, a single bullet wound can be just as deadly as 50.
Cops have been shooting a lot of non-lethal rounds for crowd dispersion too. I'm a fan of the the shot to kill or not at all concept. Would law enforcement give up rubber bullets?
