1. The presidential records act and clinton sock drawer case are not relavent to this case because
2. official documents are never presidential records and
3. the classification status of the documents is irrelevant to the case

Arent you interested in a process where the potus can declassify anything, BUT has to notify the public so we can know what is now declassified? the freedom of information act is one of the greatest democratic gains we've ever gotten.
