Oil and natural gas can still squeeze out ~30% under those conditions.

If the power grid was still mainly oil and gas, the downtime would have been shorter and less damaging.

Under Trump, Rick Perry proposed to store local fuel too, but the Biden administration shot that idea down because it went against his "green energy" policies.

Either of those would have cut the harm down tenfold.

I'd be glad to debate any of these singular points in a more detailed way.
