I didn't listen to the whole thing, but I basically agree with what you said. Also Tim's riff on how Twitter shouldn't have any rules beyond US government laws seemed silly as hell. Go to Gab if you want a safe space to be a rabid racist. Twitter is already a hellhole of negativity, it'd be worse if they didn't enforce their rules.

So Joe and Jack actually take time to do this again and tim gets the very generous opportunity to be there and what does he do? Brings up a bunch of memes and has a whole lot of "my friend showed me this, someone showed me this, I heard this, it could be fake It could be photoshopped i could be wrong"

Side note Jack is a pretty interesting guy I dont really follow these type of people but he seems like someone I'd like to listen to in a more casual conversation just to see what's going on in his brain

I agree completely... Jack and that lady are very generous to talk to Joe and Tim for so long. I think it says a lot about Jack that he's willing to take the heat. It's not like there's a benefit for them to do it... most people on Twitter either don't know or don't care about the supposed "left-wing bias", and MAGA world won't believe a word they say, while still using the platform.

this is the main issue in this whole conversation imo. twitter's rules are obviously based on a more left leaning world view than the maga crowd's, but i'm sure if the left was equally obsessed with finding (often only perceived) discrepancies in punishment, they could also build a case about how THEY are being targeted, silenced, and censored - based on some random examples...
humans judge those tweets, and although there are obviously plenty of rules and guidelines about HOW to do that, it's madness to expect that they all do it by the exact same standard and 100% consistently - the professional victimhood, constantly bending and stretching the rules, provoking - and then immediately bitching and moaning about being banned for 'nothing' is really pathetic.
