I agree the messaging around what fully vaccinated people can do responsibly has been counter-productive, but at the same time many Americans aren't vaccinated, deaths are still in the hundreds per day, so the president wearing a mask as a mostly performative endeavor makes sense to me. He's trying to set an example, even though it looks silly in some circumstances(zoom call, walking outside with nobody around, etc).

I'll be honest, Biden's first hundred days have been ruthless and efficient.

Passing shitty far left legislation left and right and threatening governors with blatantly illegal executive orders.

Trump should have done the same.

Depends on which country your talking about.
I'm sure Putin/N. Korea fatty/ few other authoritarian style might be thinking the got the upper hand.. Although I don't know that Biden has been a push over on RU.
But our normal allies are happy again I would say.
