Regarding the first part, we agree. Though "fraud" and "irregularities" should both be included.
On the second part, you cannot conflate "proof" and "evidence". Somebody saying something is "evidence". There is no "proof" of anything until the "evidence" has been vetted. In order for the evidence to be vetted it has to be examined and either accepted or denied by a judge and/or jury.
Been a while since I posted in this thread, so going to say again: The election is not final, electors have not cast their votes, and votes are not even completely counted. The election is not over or decided until the process finishes. As it appears right now, Biden will win, which is fine. However, after the process completes, it may turn out that Trump will win, which is also fine.
