I don't think it's necessarily beta since I kind of do it too after every leg workout. I just find it funny that you indulge in bring-a-gay-friend 9:1 female to male ratio pose sessions twice a day while still portraying yourself as an alpha male. You scream pale pastiness a mile away.

Also I'm 85 kg and can squat almost twice your obese mom's weight so don't go there.

I do it at home/outside. I don't have to pay people to be part of their group.

I don't care bout your gains/feats. All i care are mine. I don't live to be you. I live to be me and improve with whatever i do. There will always be people better than i am and i'll always be better than people so is life.
