Americans have lot a lost of confidence in TV news but unfortunately they keep watching it and still use it to form a lot of their political opinions.
TV news isn't all shit, there are some good pundits on the major networks with good analysis, but they tend to focus on sensationalism over substance.
I will say that CNN's political team can be pretty good and diverse sometimes, though. I've been a little impressed by them sometimes, though my expectations for fair and good coverage are very low.
So the analysis is okay, but their news is still shit. CNN is literally obsessed with airplanes, it's just bizarre.
People are going more and more for online media but it isn't like it's that much better. There are smaller organizations and groups during some real information gathering out there but a lot of the more known online sources are no different than mainstream in their biases they just favor Bernie more.
I would say CNN is the better of the bunch but still pretty effing awful a majority of the time. It's all shit, it just comes down to which personalities/delivery we like the most
Fareed Zakaria usually puts together an interesting hour on the weekends
Can't stand Berman's face
Stelter and Smerconish have that goofy guy personality that makes it hard for me to dislike them
If I was two-face Ana Cabrera would be on my left and Pamela brown would be on my right
I'm cool with cooper but he is still that pretty boy actor type that messes with the news on weekdays and plays game shows on the weekends
