I obviously dont have hard data on the following, but I would assume that about half the adult dudes were running around naked at a frat party, Spring Break, Halloween, St. Patrick's Day, their birthday or similar occasions at least once in their life while girls of a similar age (but technically underage) were present. A 19 year old drunk fool jumping into the pool naked at a college party, and at least one of the girls in attendence was 17? Then he has technically "shown his wang to a minor".
