Jabalia is a great example as a tent city outside the town. In the british census the town had a population of 2500, all muslim, and the empty desert above it totally unoccupied. Never more than hundreds or thousands or centuries prior. Now Jabalia has a population of 175,000 and the 0.5 sq mile camp has 100,000 people in it and is the stronghold of Hamas and the most densely populated place on earth, a "refugee camp" in name only as a permanent domestic population. If Israel strikes Hamas in their home its automatically a war crime, and if their population multiplies a thousandfold its a genocide
