Your criticism is nonsensical. They got the checks through almost as fast as possible with no Republicans even being willing to make a reasonable offer.

So there's literally nothing to criticize on dems side. Maybe that they could have cut a week off on the inter party negotiations? When you're 50/50 and need every vote that's not realistic though.
