prime shelf space is a hot commodity. No one gives a fuck about your obscure sauce. Stores aren't going to replace known brands from Nestle & others who sell in the millions of units of that specific sauce for a sauce that's super niche. Like your sauce could be bomb but the problem is the store isn't going to risk it so it can sit on the shelf for 2 years. They want high turnover.
