These extremists are gonna get burned, politically speaking, and rightfully so. For far too long, the existence of Roe has meant that extremists on both sides of the debate (but mostly Republicans/pro-lifers) were able to hide their extremist views on the issue behind a federal ruling.
With Roe gone, lawmakers will have to own up to the consequences of the abortion policies they support and the debate will, eventually, settle on acceptable solutions. Even in places like Missouri or Kansas, there can't be a majority for forcing women to continue pregnancies which are threatening their own life, or for having to carry her rapist's child to full term.

This shows how disgustingly perverted Republicans truly are. Republican senators won't say if they support rape and incest exceptions to abortion bans.
