From discriminating against protected classes. They're still allowed to discriminate against everything else

To me, when a government "removes" a right, it merely means that they are trampling on said right. For example, if my government ignored due process and murdered me, I would say my right to life had been trampled upon, I would not say that this right doesn't exist anymore.
Then having a right is meaningless because the government can do literally anything and you would still saying that you have it
