So I went through the 85-page lawsuit the Trump team filed in PA to see what kind of evidence or allegations they make specifically for fraud. The bulk of their filing just includes anonymous/unnamed 'statements' from poll workers or PA residents. There's very little to suggest any formal evidence or formal allegations, aside from:

1. They cite a report from October 2020 that Fayette County (Trump had ~40K votes here compared to Biden's ~20K) had 4 instances of voter fraud, which include:

A temporary seasonal employee in Luzerne County (Trump had ~86K votes to Biden's 64K) tossed out 9 unmarked military ballots--7 of which were for Trump and the other 2 were unknown back in September 2020. This was discovered by the checks-and-balances system and the voters were contacted and the situation was remedied:



So...in all they have ~13 instances of small, individual voter 'fraud' in this lawsuit in a state where the vote differential is ~50K. Both in counties where Trump won by large margins...

That's it. That's all the formal evidence they provide in all 85 pages. The rest is procedural complaints and unconfirmed hearsay.

I mean you're basically omitting the descriptive details and personal details which are located on their personal sworn affidavits. Here's just an example which has some huge irregular election procedure that you've left out either unknowingly or purposefully from anything you've decided was noteworthy.

lol! non-meme related but wendy’s sounds good right about now my friend.

otho part of Pennsylvania lawsuit centers around different voting requirements for citizens. i doubt Trump’s lawyers can prove it but if they do manage to do it it can likely violate the equal protection clause of the Constitution.

again, unlikely, but there is merit in the accusation

Yeah, I don't know what'll happen with respect to the procedural stuff, but the outright voter fraud that they allege is pretty KEKW.

I haven't had Wendy's in like 20 years.

I went through the Michigan one, its the same thing. Heavy unsubstantiated claims, and hearsay.

Framing of the complaint: These new ballots were brought to the TCF Center by vehicles with out-of-state
license plates (Exhibit C).

Hearsay evidence of it: "I heard other challengers say that several vehicles with out-of-state license plates pulled up
to the TCF Center a little before 4:30 a.m. and unloaded boxes of ballots."

you're missing out my friend

i eat healthy and drink the right stuff probably 90% of the time (lean meats when i do eat meat, mostly fish though, lots of veggies and healthy starches, mostly drink water and black coffee). but when i do my cheat meals i really go at it. wings, Chinese food, pizza, wendys + mickey Ds + taco bell, oh and beer too and maybe a glass of wine or two (or three!). NOMS

i actually enjoy eating healthy. trust me i'm close to prime physical shape (okay i may have gained a few pounds during the shutdowns) but eating healthy just means the cheat meals are even more delicious.

i've also been incredibly fucking busy this year. i need to have a clear head to get shit done now and as we get older (lol) that involves eating right most of the time and avoiding having boozy fun-time unless its a long weekend. my work + side stuff + buying assets + everything else going on. i know you are a busy boy too this year
