So I went through the 85-page lawsuit the Trump team filed in PA to see what kind of evidence or allegations they make specifically for fraud. The bulk of their filing just includes procedural complaints and a few anonymous/unnamed 'statements' from poll workers or PA residents. There's very little to suggest any formal evidence or formal allegations, aside from:
1. They cite a report from October 2020 that Fayette County (Trump had ~40K votes here compared to Biden's ~20K) had 4 instances of voter fraud, which include:
Quote
Fayette County prosecutors are investigating reports of at least four incidents of voter fraud, according to Fayette County District Attorney Rich Bower. Bower said two voters received mail-in ballots that were already filled out and two ballots were found at the election bureau already opened.
[...]
Bower said those ballots are now evidence and he said procedures have been changed at the election bureau to make sure two people are watching all ballots that go out and come in. "We are not gonna take this lightly, it doesn't matter if it was a Republican or Democrat ballot filled out in such a manner, this is a crime," said Bower.
2. A temporary seasonal employee in Luzerne County (Trump had ~86K votes to Biden's 64K) tossed out 9 unmarked military ballots--7 of which were for Trump and the other 2 were unknown back in September 2020. This was discovered by the checks-and-balances system and the voters were contacted and the situation was remedied:
Quote
Luzerne County Manager C. David Pedri issued a response to the investigation. In a statement released Friday, he said a temporary seasonal independent contractor who was hired to assist with the election was given the task of sorting the mail received by the elections bureau. According to Pedri, that contractor incorrectly discarded military ballots in the office trash. The error was discovered by the elections director and the worker was removed from service, Pedri said. He said that while the individual's actions caused concern, what happened afterward showed the system of checks and balances works. "An error was made, a public servant discovered it and reported it to law enforcement at the local, State and Federal level who took over to ensure the integrity of the system in place," Pedri said.
The discarded ballots are currently in the FBI's possession. Pedri said the county will attempt to contact the voters involved and process their votes once the ballots are returned.
So...in all they have ~13 instances of small, individual voter 'fraud' in this lawsuit in a state where the vote differential is ~50K. Both in counties where Trump won by large margins...
That's it. That's all the formal evidence they provide in all 85 pages. The rest is procedural complaints and unconfirmed hearsay.
