11% of voting age americans don't have a photo ID.

25% of african american voters don't.
18% of young voters (18-24) don't.

study after study finds that voter ID laws would disproportionally negatively affect minorities. in none of the recounts, through dozens of legal challenges, has there been ANY evidence of systematic voter fraud.
also, it's not even that republicans are particularly secretive about their intentions to disenfranchise as many voters, particularly minorities, as possible. many have been on the record admitting it. you'd have to be incredibly uninformed not to know that...
