There is a difference between your example of "knowing", which in reality is just a certain expectation based on experience, and god's knowing.

God would KNOW, not expect based on experience. The fact that you cannot change what he already knows for all of eternity means: You have NO control over anything you'll ever do. You think you have, but you dont.

So if you claim there is a god and he is all knowing, then free will cannot exist.

God says to Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” Meaning, I've known you before there was a you to be known by anyone else. Before you were in the womb, before I even began to form you there, I knew you. Knew you, who you are, what you would do.

i knew my sister so i knew what she would do. so even in a world with out God she has no free will. according to your logic

You dont get it. You do NOT know, what your sister would do. You have just a very good idea of what she would do next, but you dont know for sure.
Do you know what your sister will do on her last day on earth at 10 am? Did you know every second of her life before she was born? Its sad how unable you are to follow me. You cant understand simple logic. Thats common for believers tho.

If god is omnipotent, free will is an illusion except for himself.
Free will with god only works if he would be flawed and unable to see the future.

By the way it could of course also be true that free will doesnt exist without the presence of god.

If god exists and is omnipotent, free will cant be.

If god doesnt exist, free will is possible.

I can question god anytime. No problem.
