This is hugely dangerous propaganda.
Measles was never a low risk disease. There is no disease classification system that can be changed from "benign" to "deadly disease".
We are as sure that measles is caused by a virus as we are that the world is round or that an apple falls when dropped. We have the virus isolated, we have its entire genome sequenced, we have virus-specific tests that are exceedingly accurate to diagnose Measles.
Vitamin A deficiencies are incredibly rare and cause blindness when extreme or prolonged, so we can be confident we are not missing most cases.
Crap like this assumes doctors are all paid shills, and not regular people who go to school because they want to help their communities. The vast majority of doctors are good people and if something this basic was incorrect there would be a million whistleblowers, not the handful of cranks trying to line their pocket boots by peddling diet pills and untested treatments.

Yeah, that's probably it. If you had paused for a moment, you'd have realized that 30k is a far too high number for a single dose of a vaccine. At this price, 330m doses would cost close to 10 trillion dollars...
This is probably the biggest cause behind the conspiratorial mindset. The inability, unwillingness, or resistance to pause and do a self-check. To ask questions that undermine your own position WITHOUT needing to be prodded by an external questioner.
